Our Services

Since 1992, The Family Van has improved health care by partnering with underserved Boston communities. On the van, our team of community health workers provides free health screenings, education, and community referrals. Accompanied by students and volunteers, we foster client-centered, empathetic, compassionate care. Referrals & Assistance

We work with our partners to connect clients to a range of resources such as housing, employment, health insurance, food service assistance, and low-cost dental and mental health services. With help addressing the social determinants of health, clients can improve their wellbeing.
